Return Eligibility

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Final sale or clearance items.
    • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or further instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or item, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.
